We have a 2006 Jubilee Globetrotter and had this problem in the early days. It did seem a little worse than on many other vans we have had. I have also found that the wire shelves are rusting quite badly on this fridge which has not happened before. The dealer is taking this up with Thetford as they do need to be replaced.

To prevent the mould build up the main thing to avoid is leaving the fridge door closed when it is not in use. After use the freezer compartment needs to be emptied and thoroughly dried out - especially the rubber door seal. Clean the whole fridge in the usual way and towel it dry. Leave the fridge door open and wedge the freezer compartment open which will allow full air movement around the inside of the unit.

Hope this helps
