Can anyone clarify the situation please.

My van will be two years old next April and obviously due for its second service. However, do I have to take it back to the original dealer - quite a trek. Alternatively if I take it elsewhere, or get a mobile engineer in, do I need to make sure they are registered with Swift to be sure the warranty is maintained? or do they just need to complete the service as per the scehdule?

Find your nearest Swift approved workshop and then ask Swift Customer Care to agree that they can carry out your service. Swift may need to ring your local workshop to give them permission carry out the work.
