seasonal pitch advice

Postby diamond » March 18th, 2010, 11:07 pm

Hello, We are going onto a seasonal pitch in a weeks time. First time for us. Can anyone help with advise for what we may need. I,d like to make more use of the awning, we have bought a gas heater to use in the awning and are thinking what else we should have but have really no ideas. If you can help with anything it would be very much appreciated . Last year we visited a caravan and were astounded just how much they had in the awning from fridges to air conditioning unit. Help ..

If you are going to leave your awning up make sure it is well secured with a suitable strap to prevent gale damage. As for equipment it really depends on how you are going to use your outfit and for how long each time. My advice is to 'suck it and see' what you really need. If your caravan fridge is only small then one of the handiest items could be a cool box.
