Several members were still snowed in and others were not well. We did not think we could get our caravan off the front then on Thursday it got a bit warmer and it rained so Martin could just get the van off the drive. There were meant to be 3 on security but Martin was the only one there but he made sure that all was well.

Thank you to Ron and Maureen for taking me to The Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage. I had a good seat right in the middle. The panto was Aladdin and one of the main characters was Nasty Nick from EastEnders. It was very enjoyable and good fun.

We then went back to Sherrardswood School for either Chinese, Indian or good old Fish and Chips.

On Saturday evening we celebrated June and Derek's 250th Rally and we were treated to wine and some of June's lovely cakes. Ron gave a very good speech with the history since June and Derek joined.

I have been trying to find out some history of Sherrardswood School. All I could find out that it was an old house from 1717 and it is still set in beautiful gardens. All I could find out about Lockleys is that at one time there was a Roman Villa.

I made a collection pot for Haiti and we raised £40.00
