Cheyney Manor House Campsite

Barford St. Michael, Oxfordshire

14-16 June, 2013

'Chill out at Cheyney Manor' this was the heading for this rally, well it was certainly that. What a wonderful setting for this new rally field, we were parked up overlooking  the fishing lakes and rolling hills of Oxfordshire  where we could see fallow deer, hares and foxes.

For one of our marshals’ it was a coming home as the rally field over looked her former home. What a beautiful village to live and grow up in.

On Saturday morning there was a farmers market in the village hall with a good selection of local meat and cheese. A number of ralliers visited .

The weather although a bit blustery it did not stop us having a get together on Friday and Saturday night with an entertaining flag.

I would like to thank the marshals Roger and Ann Hook , Steve and Sharon Horn for a wonderful rally, well done.
