Fishpool Inn - Delamere, Cheshire

Perhaps we were crazy to spend a cold (and sometimes wet) weekend in a boggy field in the middle of nowhere, in early February, but everyone enjoyed themselves. The adjoining pub had nothing to do with it of course!

Major dealer Harringtons was just 2 minutes away so, on Saturday, many of us found our way there for breakfast followed by a look at new caravans and a hunt for bargains in the well stocked accessory shop.    On Saturday evening no less than 37 of us packed into the pub for an early evening meal, so you could say it was something of a take over!

The adults' competition was different from most and stayed with the theme of food. The idea was to make a tempting meal from coloured Playdough - and jolly good some of the results looked too.

Teas and coffees on Sunday morning were boosted by a large chocolate cake celebrating the birthday of one of the ralliers. It went down so well that second helpings were served after Flag.
